My Gateway runs at 1.60Ghz w/ 1.99 GB of RAM an want to run the game Spore at all high settings. The CPU for Spore is:
2.0 GHz P4 processor
RAM is 512 MB (im fine on that one)
128 MB Video Card, with support for pixel shader 2.0
any suggestions?What should i get to make spore run exceptional on my gateway laptop? ?
The most important hardware on your lap top you did not mention and that is the video card. If you have built into the motherboard video then, no you will not play spore. Besides your lap top has less CPU power than the game demands. However, a powerful enough video card just might get you over the top to be able to play the game. Any 9000 series nvidia video card with 512 megs of RAM should get you there.
