Does the Spore Galactic Edition include the Creature Creator?

I know it includes the Spore game, and a poster, 2 DVDs and 2 Books, but does it include the creature creator too?



Also, two of my friends got the Spore Galactic Edition and have the creature creator as well and said nothing about having to buy that separately, but loads of websites say nothing about including it. So does it have the creature creator too or not?Does the Spore Galactic Edition include the Creature Creator?
No, it's an expansion pack.
