Does the Low Profile ATI Dell x300 Video Card have support for Pixel Shader 2.0? I want it for Spore (I have a crappy one now...) and I found a good deal on it... will it work?

If you mean the ATI Radeon X300, then you should be able to have everything supported by DX9.
