I want to run spore on my comp and i need a 128 MB Video Card, with support for Pixel Shader 2.0?

i know nothing about computers and graphix cards so i need to know whats the cheapest card i can buy with those specs?

my current card is a nvidia geforce4 mx 440 with agp8x

Yeah, your mx440 is too outdated and only partially supports Shader 1.1. Cards just meeting Shader 2.0 are also outdated. Better get one that supports Shader 4.0 or at least 3.0. It will work for old and new games.
