NO, the processor clock speeds are a Physical part of your system, not software...
You can use Software to overclock the CPU though, but there's no way around overclocking your CPU to get it to 2Ghz short of replacing it with a processor that is already that fast or faster.

spore requires 2ghz Duo 2 core. dude, what is your CPU ?
Go to http://tigerdirect.com or http://amazon.com and look up processors. Make sure though ur motherboard will support the processor u buy. U might have to do some research so that u get the correct processor. I would just recommend buying a new computer.
